The Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware Association of Broadband Cooperatives (VMDABC) is the leading voice for cooperative broadband interests and a vital platform for collaboration between our member companies. VMDABC is working toward a common goal of bridging the digital divide through a diverse coalition of broadband stakeholders serving rural Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. Our members include:
- Electric Co-ops;
- Industry partners providing middle-mile, retail, and wholesale broadband services;
- Broadband vendors and contractors; and
- Other supporters.

Membership Levels
The Association was founded by five ‘Class A’ Electric Co-op members in various stages of developing comprehensive fiber-to-the-home networks. We offer multiple classes of membership, including:
Class A
